Mohawk program

Recent graduates complete a 5 to 9-week core training program and are then placed in a territory to begin growing their book of business. Each day is a new experience!

Handle concerns and complaints expeditiously and effectively. Exhibit a friendly and courteous manner when dealing with employees, fellow associates and community members. Will assist in maintaining a safe working place in the office environment. Promote a positive image of the Mohawk Language Program through healthy relationships with the staff, specialists and participants served by the program.

Implements Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal policies related to staff and program. Responsible for the hiring, orientation, evaluation and disciplinary action of program staff. Directs, coordinates, assigns and supervises the activities led by the program staff and Language Specialists.
