Piper cherokee 180 parts manual

Hi Jim C and others, I don't know the Bomar story, except Bomar posted manuals for download and then took them down. I would suspect a copyright issue. But after taking a closer look, the Cherokee manuals don't appear to be copyrighted. I would hope the manuals would not be something that Piper would feel they need to sell at a profit.

Rather, as a gesture that promotes goodwill and in the interest of good product support, Piper should make the manuals readily available at a nominal cost. I think Piper would rather that aircraft that they produced be repaired, serviced, and maintained with the benefit of the correct manuals.

Although, certainly a lot of work can be done on these airplanes without any real reference materials. It's a gray area, where the mechanic simply uses good judgment, etc. In any case, thank you to the person who posted the Google Documents link to the Service Manual and Parts Manual.

Very happy with starting performance. The disc brake pads come in packs of one. Since they are always changed in pairs. Order 2. Order extras. Great customer service. I had a problem ordering on line. I called customer service. They were friendly, prompt and helpful! Best battery out there in my opinion. Did not appreciate it being shipped in its side. Box should have been taller, and stamped this side up. It is a wet battery. As always, still verify the gap before instill, but all of mine were perfect and I was able to just put them right in!

This is always my go-to brand for main aircraft battery. They last longer than the Gill battery and they are very great for continuous use though I recommend follow the ICA - Items continuous airworthiness.

StrutWipe, which I also got from AS, worked great to clean up the crud under the mags and such. After opening one of those l discovered that they difer from the tempest version, no magnet at the bottom m :. First one lasted almost 10 years, never let me down once. The old one was finally getting weak so I was sold on buying another for my C and decided to get the extra cranking power of the AXC.

Worked great right from the box. Nice tires. I sent them back, I needed 6X6. They looked great, just too big for my fairings. Reordered the correct size and all good. After 7 years the RG was getting a little weak although it still tested ok. Was lucky to get 3 years out of the pink ones.

I like these batteries. The one being replaced work well for over 6 years. Others only lasted 2 or 3 years. It is worth the additional money. After many years I needed a new Concord RG 25 battery. So I called and you had one in California, three days later I had my new battery. Great service, great battery. This same battery lasted a terrific 63 months. Granted I ran it down a couple of times but also took care of it with the Battery Minder charger for with desulfation circuits calibrated for the Concorde battery.

These are awesome! They dont require the gasket to be oiled as the Champions do and they cost less. So far so good, its been installed for a month. My previous Concorde older model lasted 5 years Super happy with that! As advertised, free shipping, came on time. Shipped the old one back and got a prompt credit for the core.

The starter is everything you have been told, but you will still be surprised by the speed that the prop turns. Good luck counting 3 blades!

Be advised that there are strict usage limits, be sure to allow it to cool. Replacing a 6 yr old RG Worked great right to the end. Heat in FL probably took some of the life out of it. Aircraft Spruce always has the right part at the right price. Online purchasing was quick and easy and the battery was delivered the next day. Never disappointed. Very fast, next day delivery.

Very satisfied. This has always been my experience with Aircraft Spruce. Best closed cell battery on the market. Replaced same battery after 6 years Always attached aviation pulsing battery minder. These are excellent batteries. I replace them every 5 years out of habit, though I suspect they will last much longer. Completely trouble free. Excellent replacement started for my PA The difference is hard to explain, but this starter is well worth the money.
